Aqar Exit Raises $200,000 from Ayman Abbas at a $2 Million Valuation
Aqar Exit has secured an investment of 10 million Egyptian pounds (approximately $200,000) from Ayman Mamdouh Abbas, CEO of Intro Group, in exchange for 10% of the company's shares, raising its valuation to 100 million Egyptian pounds ($2 million). The company was founded in July 2026 and operates a platform for transferring real estate unit contracts, helping clients facing difficulties in paying installments to exit their obligations and recover their paid amounts. Since its launch, the platform has recorded 638 closures of real estate listings with a total value of 9 billion Egyptian pounds, including 404 transactions in the last month. The company will use the investment to develop new products and expand its operations in foreign markets, focusing on Gulf countries. Aqar Exit aims to raise $5 million in a funding round in 2027 with participation from local and international investors.
