Strive CEO Expects Bitcoin to Yield 50% Annual Return by 2030
Strive CEO Matt Cole stated in an interview with Bitcoin Magazine that his baseline scenario anticipates Bitcoin will achieve approximately 50% annualized returns by 2030. He presented a macro argument consisting of three parts: the U.S. dollar, long-term Treasury yields, and Bitcoin's role as a competitor to gold. Cole believes that when the Federal Reserve and the Treasury eventually intervene to suppress long-term rates, the dollar will act as a release valve, leading to a significant rise in scarce assets, with Bitcoin expected to once again play its role as the fastest asset against gold. The interview was hosted by Grace Remington and Sean Hagan and published on September 15, 2026.
