Yushu Technology Responds to Reimbursement Approval Rumors, Claims Content is False
On September 1, Yushu Technology responded to rumors among employees regarding "reimbursement over 100 yuan requiring approval from Wang Xingxing" and "the reward and punishment mechanism having almost no rewards, only penalties," stating that "many of the claims are untrue and should not be taken seriously." Several individuals close to Yushu indicated that the overall salary at Yushu is not considered high within the industry. Although it has increased compared to traditional industrial robot companies, it remains relatively low compared to emerging embodied intelligence startups that have arisen after 2023. Some employees reported that salary increases are below the industry average, and the work intensity is high. Additionally, some employees mentioned that during the early stages of their work, they had to work extra hours, and beyond the 996 work schedule and alternating weekends, some veteran employees believe that 2025 and 2026 will be years with a high turnover rate among Yushu's core staff.
