Ukraine to Create 2500 Jobs in Two Industrial Parks
The Ukrainian government has included the industrial parks "Khorvatsky Hostynets" in the Lviv region and "Bessarabsky AgroTech Park" in the Odessa region in the Registry. A total of 2500 jobs will be created in these parks. The "Khorvatsky Hostynets" industrial park will be located in the territory of the Mykolaiv city territorial community of the Stryi district in the Lviv region. Approximately 1500 new jobs are planned to be created on an area of 32.34 hectares. The main areas of work include the production of electric motors, generators, non-metallic mineral products, as well as the development of machine engineering and alternative energy. An investment of 913 million UAH is planned for the development of the park. The "Bessarabsky AgroTech Park," covering an area of 23 hectares, is being established in the city of Artsyz in the Bolhrad district of the Odessa region, with an estimated creation of 1000 new jobs. The main areas of work will be related to food production, processing of potatoes, fruits, and vegetables, as well as alternative energy. An investment of 884 million UAH will be attracted for the park's development. There are currently 125 industrial parks registered in Ukraine.
