Toyota Bond Issuance
Toyota Financial Services announced on the 27th that its subsidiary, Toyota Finance, has issued the "TOYOTA Wallet Tsumugu Bond," a publicly offered security token bond through the group's first self-offering (direct offering). Due to the overwhelming demand, which exceeded ten times the planned issuance amount, a lottery was held for the applications.

Toyota Financial Services and Toyota Finance issued their first security token bond through a securities company in March 2025, and this time they utilized the flexibility of self-offering to design a comprehensive experience from application to guidance during the holding period and provision of benefits.
Toyota Finance aims to provide more customers with the experience of feeling connected to the Toyota Group through investment.
The issuance platform adopted BOOSTRY's "ibet for Fin," which provides a blockchain foundation, and includes a transfer restriction that generally prohibits resale. Applications are accepted through a dedicated page linked to the payment app "TOYOTA Wallet," and investors without a "TS CUBIC CARD" credit card were also able to apply.
Issuance Conditions and Buyer Benefits
On August 18, Toyota Financial Services, Toyota Finance, major financial group Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, and BOOSTRY announced the decision to issue, and from that day until 5 PM on September 2, applications for a lottery were accepted on Toyota Finance's official website for amounts ranging from 100,000 yen to 99,900,000 yen (1 unit is 100,000 yen). The total amount of the bonds, which received a AAA rating from Japan Credit Rating Agency, is 1 billion yen, with an interest rate of 1.720% per annum (before tax), a term of 1 year, and a redemption date of October 27, 2027.
Buyers will receive lottery benefits such as tickets to watch at Fuji Speedway and test drive experiences, along with a provision of TOYOTA Wallet balance based on specified conditions when purchasing TOYOTA or LEXUS vehicles. Details of each benefit will be communicated through the TOYOTA Wallet app and registered email address, including the timing of provision and announcement of winners.
