The number of payments on XRPL has reached 658,600
The number of payments on the XRP Ledger has risen to 658,600, surpassing the threshold of 650,000. This increase coincided with a similar rise in other indicators such as transaction traffic and account activity. While the number of payments increased by 47.8%, the number of successful transactions surged by 82.4% to 1,600,000, and the total number of transactions reached approximately 2,000,000, marking a 59.7% increase. The number of transactions per ledger rose by 59.7% to 99.12. The number of newly created accounts increased by 20.7% to 2,300, while the number of active accounts rose by 12.7% to approximately 14,800. However, the total payment volume decreased by 60.8% to around 443.1 million XRP. This indicates that the network is processing a greater number of transfers, but the average value per transfer has declined. In the short term, a payment level of 700,000 is targeted. The price of XRP is currently trading around $1.36, with the $1.35 level emerging as a significant support area.
