State Property Fund Attracts 258 Million UAH from Privatization
In August, the State Property Fund of Ukraine conducted 43 successful privatization online auctions in the "Prozorro.Sales" system, with 192 participants. The average sale price of the assets increased by 3.24 times from the initial price. The starting value of all lots was 79.4 million UAH, while the total amount of winning bids reached 257.8 million UAH. The highest price increase was recorded during the sale of a 3/10 share of a building complex in Cherkasy, where the price rose from 2.59 million UAH to 72.13 million UAH. For September-October, 94 new auctions have been announced with a total starting value of 5.45 billion UAH. The Fund plans to attract between 7 and 9 billion UAH from privatization by 2026, focusing on large assets such as the Ocean Plaza shopping mall and the Odesa Portside Plant.
