PrivatBank Auctions Stadium, Shopping Center, and Hotels
PrivatBank is starting the sale of the largest seized assets, including the "Dnipro-Arena" stadium, the "Priozerny" shopping center, and hotel complexes in Bukovel. The sale is being conducted as part of government directives to reduce the share of non-performing assets. The bank plans to auction three major lots on the "Prozorro.Sales" platform by the end of 2026. The "Dnipro-Arena" stadium has a capacity of over 31,000 spectators and includes VIP areas, a media center, and a restaurant. The training base in Prydniprovsk features seven football fields and a medical center. The "Priozerny" shopping center occupies over 32,000 square meters and includes retail, office, and warehouse spaces. The hotel complexes in Bukovel, Radisson and "Hostel", will be auctioned as a separate lot. The auctions will be conducted under the rules established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, with restrictions for sanctioned individuals and former bank owners. The sale of these assets will help reduce PrivatBank's expenses and increase budget revenues.
