NIP Group has signed an agreement to acquire Bitcoin mining equipment with a total hash rate of approximately 4.47 EH/s, with the transaction valued at up to $27.3 million. The company is expected to issue up to 247.1 million Class A common shares to the seller. Following the acquisition, NIP Group's total hash rate will increase to approximately 13.85 EH/s, and the monthly production target for the mining site will rise to about 195 Bitcoins, an increase from the previous target of 160 Bitcoins, which is valued at approximately $16 million at current prices. The equipment is currently operational at a hosting facility and will immediately boost Bitcoin output upon completion of the transaction. NIP Group initiated its Bitcoin mining operations in July 2025 and plans to gradually expand its hash rate to support its digital infrastructure strategy, as well as to expand into AI, high-performance computing, and gaming applications.
