Innovation Fund Invests in Palestinian Churn Solution
The Innovation Fund has invested in a seed funding round for the Palestinian company Churn Solution, an AI-powered platform that helps subscription-based businesses retain their customers. The investment amount has not been disclosed. Churn Solution was founded in 2025 by Abdelhafiz Salah, Mahdi Washha, and Walaa Kashou, and it works to reduce customer churn rates and recover revenue through tailored solutions for subscription cancellations and customer reactivation. The company launched its first products within three months and has clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, India, Morocco, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. The investment will be used to accelerate product development and commercial expansion, including hiring new staff in sales and marketing and enhancing its presence in the Middle East and North Africa.
