Alpha Modus Plans to Add Over $200 Million in Bitcoin Assets
Nasdaq-listed company Alpha Modus (stock code: AMOD) is advancing a strategic transaction that is expected to add 3,170 bitcoins to its balance sheet, valued at over $200 million. The company had considered a similar transaction in May 2025 but chose to postpone it due to bitcoin prices nearing historical highs. Management stated that this transaction will not alter the company's existing business strategy in artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and fintech. The completion of the transaction and its accounting treatment will still depend on Nasdaq's final determination of listing compliance.
