499 Buses Sold in Ukraine in July 2026
In July 2026, 499 buses were sold in Ukraine, which is 2.9% less than in June and 9.8% lower than in July of last year. The import of used buses increased by 33.3% to 116 registrations, raising its share to 23.2%. The largest market share is held by domestic resales — 61.5% (307 transactions), which is 15.2% less than last year. The top 10 models in the domestic market are: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (84), BAZ/CHAZ A079 "Etalon" (19), Volkswagen Crafter (16), Bogdan/Ataman A-092 (16), Ford Transit (12), Mercedes-Benz Citaro (11), GAZ 3221 "Gazelle" (10), Mercedes-Benz Vario (9), Neoplan Cityliner (8), VDL Citea (7). The market for new buses fell by 26.9% compared to July 2025 to 76 units, although it increased by 55.1% compared to June. Of these, 54 vehicles were produced or refurbished in Ukraine. The top 10 new models are: ZAZ A08 I-VAN (18), Ford Transit (15), BAZ A081 "Etalon" (11), Ataman D-093S2 (7), Bogdan/Ataman A-221 (6), Ataman D-093S4 (5), Bogdan/Ataman A-092 (4), JAC Sunray (4), IKT-ASV-052 (2), Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (1). The average age of imported used buses is 14.3 years, while in the domestic market it is 20.3 years. 77.4% of sales consist of small and medium buses, with diesel being the main fuel (93.6%).
