Xpeng's Robot Production Line Launched, First Advanced Humanoid Robot Rolls Off the Line
Xpeng's robot production line was officially launched today, with the first advanced general-purpose humanoid robot completing automated assembly and autonomously rolling off the line. This marks a significant leap for Xpeng Robotics from research and development to production line manufacturing. The production line is designed in-house by Xpeng, with an automation rate exceeding 80% in core processes. The Xpeng robot features 76 degrees of freedom and is equipped with three Turing AI chips, achieving an effective computing power of 2250 TOPS. The Xpeng robot is expected to enter mass production by the end of this year and is planned for market delivery in 2027.
