Spot Flows for Dogecoin Down by 599.50%
Dogecoin has experienced a significant weakening in spot flows over the past week. According to CoinGlass data, the seven-day net spot flow rate was recorded at minus 599.50%. During this period, there were inflows of $480.96 million against outflows of $538.16 million. The fact that outflows exceeded inflows in the spot markets indicates a decrease in the amount of coins being moved to exchanges. It is believed that investors are pulling their assets into cold wallets. The price pressure observed in the last week suggests that large investors may have begun looking to buy at lower levels. Dogecoin fell to $0.081 on October 8, before rising to $0.086. In the third quarter of 2026, Dogecoin remained largely flat. Market participants are focused on the fourth quarter of 2026. Bitwise decided to close its Dogecoin ETF product BWOW in September due to limited institutional demand. Dogecoin's market capitalization stands at $14.8 billion, ranking 11th in the global cryptocurrency rankings.
