Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin praised Alibaba's Qwen 35B parameter model's problem-solving ability in a social media post. This artificial intelligence model successfully solved a complex mathematical problem, consuming about 15,000 tokens during the reasoning process, and completed the calculation in just 3 minutes on a local device.
Vitalik Buterin pointed out that the problem demonstrated the technique of embedding modular arithmetic into continuous function expressions using trigonometric functions, showcasing the Qwen model's capabilities in mathematical reasoning.
