Lido DAO Allocates $60,000 to Support ValOS Validator Operating Standards

By: blog.lido.fi|2026/08/31 14:08:03

Lido DAO will allocate $60,000 from its ecological funding program, LEGO, to the ValOS validator operating standards funding pool to support initial assurance reviews. ValOS is a community-driven framework designed to provide unified operating standards for node operators in the Ethereum staking ecosystem, helping to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks. This framework is built on the DUCK program, which has already provided resources such as risk frameworks and risk mitigation and control libraries. ValOS introduces dedicated organizations and governance structures, aiming to develop into a recognized standard that supports professional audits, assurance reviews, and industry benchmarks. The funding will cover up to 50% of the review costs for node operators who adopt this standard early.
