Kim Yo-jong Responds to Cryptocurrency Theft Allegations, Says Dialogue Requires U.S. to Abandon Hostile Policies
North Korean leader Kim Yo-jong issued a second statement regarding the Binance hacking incident, stating that dialogue with the United States remains an option for achieving peace, but it is not a necessity. She emphasized that the U.S. accusations of North Korea's involvement in a major cryptocurrency theft demonstrate Washington's hostility towards Pyongyang. Kim Yo-jong stated, "The U.S. abandoning its hostile policies towards Pyongyang is an important prerequisite and key to resolving all issues," and pointed out that unless this happens, North Korea has no reason to engage in dialogue with the U.S.
