KBW 2026: Expanding Institutional Collaboration Centered on AI and Web3
FactBlock announced that at Korea Blockchain Week (KBW) 2026, it will focus on the convergence of AI and Web3 as a core agenda, expanding institutional collaboration and business validation throughout the year. Starting next year, a separate program called 'AI World' will be introduced. CEO Park Wi-ik mentioned that the increased participation of traditional financial institutions is shifting market interest from asset trading to the construction of financial infrastructure. He anticipates that as regulatory frameworks become more concrete, institutional market participation will increase, emphasizing the need for in-depth dialogue between policymakers and financial institutions. FactBlock plans to extend the role of KBW beyond the event and increase programs that connect technology companies with financial stakeholders. Through programs addressing the intersection of AI and Web3, it aims to continuously support collaboration among institutions. Additionally, FactBlock will expand its business into Web3 infrastructure for institutions and asset tokenization, and plans to promote tokenization projects utilizing domestic unlisted growth assets.
