Jumper Launches JUMP Token via Legion, Plans Independent Operation
Jumper plans to conduct its initial JUMP token sale through Legion and spin off from the LI.FI incubator project into an independent company. Jumper has accumulated a trading volume of over $40 billion, with more than 100,000 monthly active users, making it the largest cross-chain trading aggregator with a market share exceeding 15%. Jumper plans to expand into perpetual contracts, tokenized stocks, and other real-world assets, and will launch Jumper Perps in the coming weeks. This token sale marks Jumper's first financing, with the funds raised to be used for product development, user growth, and market expansion. Jumper has stated that it will not conduct simultaneous equity financing, and users, contributors, and investors will participate in the company's value growth through the JUMP token, which will be issued separately after the financing is completed.
