Injective Expands Support for Over 60 Chains in Partnership with LI.FI

Injective (INJ) has partnered with LI.FI to expand the bridge, swap, and deposit pathways between Injective and USD Coin (USDC). This integration focuses on simplifying the access procedures from external chains to the Injective application. Injective announced on August 4 that LI.FI has officially launched. Users can move or swap assets through LI.FI's API, SDK, widgets, and intent routing. LI.FI serves as a routing layer that compares multiple bridges and decentralized exchanges, allowing users to choose paths based on price, speed, cost, and reliability when making transfer requests. Injective stated that through LI.FI, it connects to over 60 chains and more than 1,000 app and wallet networks. Previously, users had to find compatible bridges, move assets, and then swap them again, but with the LI.FI integration, this process can be consolidated into a single routing flow. However, support for the Jumper App is not yet complete, and support for the LI.FI Composer and Jumper interface is marked as 'coming soon.' Injective guides asset movements through IBC, Ethereum, Solana, and the LI.FI integration adds external routing paths on top of the existing bridge system. Injective is a layer 1 specialized for financial applications, characterized by on-chain order books, fast finality, and interoperability through IBC and Ethereum bridges.
