Circle Hires Talent to Expand South Korean Stablecoin Ecosystem
Circle is hiring senior-level personnel in South Korea to expand its stablecoin ecosystem. According to a job posting on the 28th, Circle is looking for a 'Senior Director, Ecosystem Growth, South Korea' to work as a full-time employee. Applicants are required to have a strong understanding of stablecoins, decentralized finance (DeFi), and institutional financial flows. The hired personnel will collaborate with Circle's sales and business development teams to establish market entry strategies and analyze changes in domestic regulations and stakeholder collaboration. Additionally, the role includes identifying market participants and ecosystem stakeholders, as well as monitoring trends in payments and the digital asset capital market in South Korea. Candidates must have over 13 years of experience in business development and market expansion, with experience in fintech, payments, digital assets, or financial infrastructure. Circle has recently shown interest in the South Korean stablecoin market and is pursuing a strategy of collaborating with issuers of won-backed stablecoins.
