BMW launches the Series 1 Black Edition with a 156 HP engine priced at $45,900
The BMW 118 Black Edition joins the local offering of the BMW Series 1 in Argentina. This version, based on the BMW 118, offers an outstanding balance of equipment, performance, and price in the premium hatchback segment. It is powered by a BMW TwinPower Turbo 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine, delivering 156 HP and 230 Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed Steptronic automatic transmission with dual clutch. Standard equipment includes a panoramic glass sunroof with electric opening, adaptive LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, BMW Curved Display system, and Parking Assistant. It also features dual-zone automatic climate control, comfort access with proximity opening, electrically folding exterior mirrors, a wireless charger for smartphones, and the BMW ConnectedDrive package. With a suggested price of $45,900, the BMW 118 Black Edition is available exclusively in Solid Black and comes with a three-year or 200,000-kilometer warranty, now available at the official dealer network.
