Assets of Five Bankrupt Banks for Sale at UAH 19.1 Billion
This week, auctions for the sale of assets from five banks being liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund will take place in the "Prozorro.Sales" system. The starting price for all lots is UAH 19.1 billion. The majority of the starting amount consists of claims on loans — nearly UAH 19 billion. Real estate and fixed assets are being sold with a starting price of UAH 62.5 million, while accounts receivable are up for auction at UAH 0.03 million. The sale of assets is distributed among the banks: PJSC "Prominvestbank" — UAH 13.6 billion (UAH 13.5 billion — claims on loans, UAH 46.4 million — real estate and fixed assets, UAH 0.03 million — accounts receivable); JSC "MR Bank" — UAH 5.5 billion for claims on loans; JSC "RVS Bank" — UAH 15.9 million (UAH 14.6 million — real estate and fixed assets, UAH 1.2 million — claims on loans); JSC "Ayboks Bank" — UAH 0.8 million for fixed assets; JSC "Megabank" — UAH 0.7 million for fixed assets and a vehicle. Proceeds from the sales will be directed towards settling debts with creditors of the liquidated banks. Last year, the Deposit Guarantee Fund held 104 auctions for the sale of assets from bankrupt banks totaling approximately UAH 1.5 billion.
