Track friends' progress with our reminders feature

Your friend hasn't made their first deposit or trade since signing up? With WEEX reminders, your friend can quickly see what they still need to do—no extra messages needed.

When can reminders be used?

If your invited friends haven't completed key experiences after signing up, you can use reminders such as:

Complete your first deposit
Complete your first trade

How to remind friends

Step 1: Go to the referral page

Open the WEEX app and go to the Invite Friends event page.

Step 2: Review your performance

Use the "More" button to check your invited friends' sign-up dates, first deposits, and trade times.

Step 3: Send a reminder

Locate friends who haven't completed their first deposit or trade, and tap the "Remind" button on the page. Eligible friends will receive an automatic reminder to complete the task on time.

Step 4: Wait for your friend to complete the task

Your friend's task progress and reward status will be updated once they meet the event requirements. You can always return to the referral page to check your progress.

Notes

To avoid bothering your friends too often, reminders are limited. Do not send repeated reminders within a short period.
This feature can only be used to remind friends to complete their first deposit and first trade.
Only deposits completed after June 30, 2025, will be shown. If your friends complete their first deposit on or before this date, the corresponding time may not appear on the page.
Refer to the actual progress shown on the event page for your friends' task completion and reward status.
Sending a reminder only means the invitee has been successfully notified. It does not mean the task has been completed or the reward has been issued.
