How do I reset the Google Authenticator?

For security reasons, please make sure to complete KYC verification before proceeding. Users who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to continue.

Please follow these steps:

Website:

Step 1: Click on the avatar icon in the top right.
Step 2: Click on "Security."
Step 3: Go to the "Google Authenticator Code" section and click on "Deactivate."
Step 4: Enter all verification codes from your linked verification methods to disable the Google Authenticator.

App:

Step 1: On the app home screen, tap the 9-dot icon in the top left corner.
Step 2: Tap on "Security," then tap on "Google Authentication."
Step 3: Under "Select unavailable verification methods," tap on "Google Authenticator code not available. Request to unlink."
Step 4: Enter all verification codes from the linked verification methods to deactivate Google Authenticator.
Step 5: Submit the required information as prompted.
Step 6: Please wait one working day for the reviewing process after submission.

Important note:

• Applying for any verification method change will disable the withdrawal function for 24 hours.
• If you are unable to complete KYC verification or have other special reasons, please contact customer service for further assistance.
